our exclusive Chefs’ Counter


The Chefs’ Counter offers an immersive, dinner party-like environment, placing you in the vibrant kitchen environment and allowing you to interact directly with Chefs Rush and Kajioka.

The chefs serve their Tasting Menu at the Chefs’ Counter for one seating at 6:30pm. The Tasting Menu celebrates the chefs’ talents: sourcing the highest quality seasonal ingredients, preserving the purity and beauty of those ingredients, and collaboratively developing and evolving both ideas and techniques. The results are original and inspired dishes, perfectly presented and culminating as a beautiful and considered gastronomic experience.

The Tasting Menu is $195 per person, exclusive of tax and hospitality, and is paid at the time of booking. There are eight seats available at the Chefs’ Counter and reservations open 60 days in advance.

We do intend to reopen for dine-in service,
but we have not opened our doors for guests to dine in the restaurant yet.
Reservations for in-restaurant dining are not available at this time,
but will be as soon as we set a date to reopen.

Our weekly dinners for two, four or six people are now available for curbside pick up
on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Take a break from cooking this Thanksgiving!
We will be offering our Thanksgiving Takeaway on Wednesday, November 25.
It will be a tradition feast featuring Mary's Free-Range Heritage Turkey with all the trimmings.
Our Thanksgiving menu and reservations will be available on Thursday, October 29.
