Senia was created with one goal in mind - to create a convivial, comfortable environment where guests will enjoy delicious food, well-crafted drinks and a thoughtfully curated wine selection. It is collaboration between Chef Chris Kajioka and Chef Anthony Rush to showcase the bounty of Hawaii and forge a new path on their culinary evolution. Our food is Regional American, a cultural intersection of the chefs and their experiences that always pay homage to Hawaii’s abundance of beautiful ingredients.

Chefs Kajioka and Rush welcome you to the Chefs’ Counter to experience their multi- course tasting menu. Senia’s kitchen is front and center and you are immersed in a dinner party-like environment where original, inspired and beautifully presented dishes comprise an extraordinary gastronomic journey.

A chic, industrial space located above the restaurant in one of the building’s loft units, the private dining room accommodates up to 12 people for more intimate gatherings. Parties of up to 20 people, standing, can be also accommodated. We will cater to your needs, from drinks and canapés to seated, multi-course dining.

The Kaji
Spiced “hard” plantation tea. Grilled pineapple, ginger, vanilla, cardamom infused vodka, black tea and fresh pineapple juice
The 007
Cool and spicy. Hendrick's Gin, chili vodka, cucumber, elderflower, yuzu, egg white
Fall & Oates
What a pear crumble would be, if it were a cocktail. St. George Spiced Pear, Red Breast Whiskey, Angel's Envy Bourbon, and oats.
The Hammond Sangria
Thirst quenching white sangria with citrus, lilikoi, and Albariño. Fortified with Bloom gin and dry curaçao, balanced with thyme and grapefruit.
The Freddie
Bulleit Bourbon, chestnut, blood orange and smoke

reservations

We do intend to reopen for dine-in service, but we have not opened our doors for guests to dine in the restaurant yet. Reservations for in-restaurant dining are not available at this time,
but will be as soon as we set a date to reopen. 

We have started Senia Takeaway, weekly dinners for two, four or six people
available for curbside pickup. For Thursday, July 2 and Friday, July 3 ($50/person):
(We will be closed on Saturday, the 4th of July.)
